At Del-Rey Pharmacy, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
Prescription Medications: Due to federal and state regulations, prescription medicationsare not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of an error on our part ( e.g.,incorrect medication or dosage).
Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products: Unopened and unused OTC products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Medical Equipment and Supplies: Unused and unopened medica! equipment and supplies may be returned within ,14 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt.
Perishable Items: Perishable goods such as food, supplements, or probiotics are not eligible for retum or exchange.
Special Orders: Items specially ordered for a customer are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
Gift cards: are not elligible for return
Conditions for Returns
ltems must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns and exchanges.
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after purchase are not eligible for return.
Detective or Damaged ltems
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund upon verification of the issue.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
*Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process after the return is approved
*Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is dueto an error on our part
*Ifthe itern is found to be ineligible for a refund, we will notify you and provide options for resolution
How lnitiate a Return
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a retum authorization.
Provide the order number and reason for the retum.
Pack the itern securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the receipt.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to the sarne conditions as returns. Please contact our custorner service team to arrange an exchange.
